Average food, terrible service. Went through the drive thru last night around 7:15. We pulled up to the speaker and proceeded to wait in silence for at least 3 minutes - in the meanwhile I had to pull out my phone to google if they were even open, as the parking lot was empty. It wasn’t until I said “Hello???” that an employee answered and took our order. Once we got to the window the employee took our payment and confirmed it was just one meal, to which we answered that there were two with a couple tacos. She said she would check and we waited a minute or so before she said everything was in there. Because of her confusion and uncertainty, we pulled into a parking spot and checked the order. It was missing 2 items. I checked the receipt and they weren’t even put on the order. We get back into the drive thru with 1 car in front (this time they didn’t initially ignore us for minutes on end). Once we get to the speaker I explain that we just ordered and there are 2 items missing, a soft beef taco and a soft chicken taco, and that both were not on the receipt but were ordered the first time. The speaker goes silent for at least 30 seconds to which I again had to say “Hello???” The same employee asks how she can help so I start to repeat myself but before I get very far she cuts me off and says “I heard you, you want a chicken taco.” I became annoyed with her poor attitude so I corrected her and then said that she didn’t say anything in response. She clearly did not hear me the first or second time. She inputs the order and tells us to pull up to the window. When we get there she does not apologize, she just comes straight out with the debit machine with our total. It was clear that she was annoyed by the inconvenience that she had caused. She tells us she will return and then sends out a different employee to give us our food. This definitely took away from the overall experience and made me regret spending our money there. We came here because the Pen Centre location was closed and we will not be back. The employees need to know that customer service matters. Getting orders right is important, but mistakes happen. The way you handle them is a whole different story. We were polite and did not give the employee a reason to treat us with such indifference and dismissal right from the beginning. Would never recommend this location. Would highly recommend going to the Pen Centre location instead if you want good food with equally good...

We had a question regarding ingredients – so the nice young man at the cash registered called over an older woman who I can only presume was some sort of duty manager. Instead of addressing us immediately – she instead took the opportunity to tell him in a snarky authoritarian tone that "You have to work this weekend". He was visibly upset, but reminded her that we had a question. She abruptly turned to us and in the same snarky tone she had just used with the employee said - "What." We gazed at her wondering if she has mistaken us for someone who works there. Then she repeated in an equally offensive tone and scowl on her face - "What is your question." I told her that we do not appreciate her attitude, that we do not work there, and not to speak to us as if we do. Instead of apologizing like any normal manager would have, she ignored the issue and said "I was told you have a question, what is your question." And then just kept repeating LOUDER and LOUDER like some sort of deranged parrot "What is your question" "What is your question"... Of course by this time, actually eating at this restaurant had become a mute point and we had no interest in pursing the information we had initially sought from this rude, abrasive, disturbed "manager". So instead, I told her that the only question we now have for her is, - her name. And that I would be contacting the head office about her behavior. After covering up her name tag for several seconds, she finally lowered her hand so we could view the barely legible, ratty, worn-out label "DAWN". We then left, but as we walked away, she made a loud mocking gasp and loudly continued to cackle and screech like a lunatic. "Dawn" had clearly attempted to intimidate us, her customers, by raising her voice to the point of screaming. But instead, she made a loud ridiculous spectacle of herself in front of the employees, not to mention the other customers who were trying to enjoy their dinner. THIS WOMAN IS AN EMBARRASSMENT AND A LIABILITY TO THIS BUSINESS - driving away customers and dealing with fellow employees in a degrading insensitive manner. Read moreWow this place has gone downhill since it changed hands. We walked in (we were only there because most places are closed due to the winter storm) and they had Indian music blaring to the point where it's uncomfortable to sit and enjoy food. Would have been nicer if it was at a regular volume. There was garbage and chicken on the floor where they cook (3 different piles). We ordered and stood there for 20 minutes before she said theres no chicken other than chicken tenders. We took what food was finally done and nobody liked there food. The second last time we were there it was for a potato salad for my daughter. We waited at the speaker for fifteen minutes (nobody in front of us, not busy!) then she took the order, we went to the window, waited a few more minutes for her to tell us they didn't have any. The time after that we went for tacos and they had a note at the drive-thru saying they had no meat. While we were there tonight a lady came in and overheard me saying we couldn't get the chicken we ordered. She was annoyed because she was in the night before with her husband and it was the same issue, they AGAIN had no chicken. One would think if you're running a business and you know that part of that business sells a lot of chicken and the other a lot of ground beef that those are two things you would make sure you had enough of but I guess these people don't get it because they're out of product quite a bit.
