My first problem was that the employee taking my order barely even talked. It wasn’t even busy (only two others in the store) and she didn’t even bother to smile or nothing. Tried to charge me extra too but I told her it was wrong, so she fixed it when I pointed it out. Nonetheless, she seemed like she was in a pretty bad mood. Heck, both of them kinda did. Even saw the one other girl shaking the entire blender and taking it off the thing while it was still running (which you’re not supposed to do as it can break the blender). After I got my $11 drink, I drank it in the car and proceeded to find about 3 full size strawberries at the bottom of my drink. Next time, there are easy ways to check if it’s fully blended. I’d rather wait an extra minute for a drink that doesn’t have huge chunks in the bottom. Especially with the priceyness of Booster Juice. Easy fixes for next time. Read moreI have never ever had an issue with this location until today. I have an edit in my order and the girl started to make my drink and then took two other orders before continuing with mine. She added something that I asked to be removed. When she handed me I drink I asked “it has no -item I removed- right?” And she sighed loudly gave me a dirty look and went to remake my drink. She loudly dumped the used blender container in the sink and then loudly slammed a new one onto the juice dispenser. She made me feel like that bad guy for asking for my drink to be made correctly. There multiple other customers in the store witnessing her treat me this way. At the end I tried to still be polite and said thank you so much when she handed me my fixed drink. She said nothing and once again gave me a dirty look. I left feeling like I did something wrong and embarrassed that other people watched this...

I am very disappointed and super shocked by the level of customer service I just received not too long ago. I arrived at 5:45-5:50 coming to order 2 regular funky monkeys as it is a super scorching hot day today. Little did I know they close at 6 on labor day and not 9, if I had know it was 6:00 close I’d have come much sooner. I was told that everything was already “ put away” and that was that… I basically apologized for coming 15 minutes to close and walked right out. I get it’s a holiday and wanting to be out right at 6 but what about your customers booster juice? Because without us there is no booster juice. I will not be returning and I’ll continue to tell all my family and friends that they deny service 15 minutes before close. Instead I took my business to McDonald’s and ordered what I wanted...
