Absolutely spectacular! The guys who run it are genuine and take lots of care when preparing the food. It is amazing, but I think the flavours are brought to their zenith with the sauces:

Chipotle Mayo: much better than you get elsewhere Habanero sauce: for normal spice lovers, adds a whole new layer and perfectly fits with the flavour profile Red Diabolo sauce: this is for those who can handle spice, but will open doors of flavour for you

First time at Taqueria el cerrito and the food was delicious. I had a pastor volcan and suadero tacos. My husband ordered suadero volcan and a gringa. Tacos and torta al pastor are delicious, finally some good authentic Mexican food! Congrats!!! Also make sure you order them how they are meant to be eaten, onions, cilantro and lime. You can ask for other toppings on the side and you can add them later... no sour cream ppl...LOL get it on the side if you want to...
