The Keto Crumb. — Restaurant in St. Catharines

The Keto Crumb is a fabulous new bakery and cafe in downtown St Catharines. They offer a fabulous selection of healthy gluten free keto friendly (low carb, low sugar) baked goods and coffees\teas.

It's a very clean and nice place with an extremely friendly staff. The customer service was excellent.

Upon entry immediately to the left is a selection of breads and bagels, all very lovely looking and appropriately priced. Directly in front was the first selection of tasty cookies and cinnamon rolls. To the right of the checkout was more selection of muffins, pies and bars. Behind the counter above are boards with hot and cold drink offerings, coffees, a vast selection of fresh teas and such. Lots of variety.

This visit we purchased lemon squares, cinnamon rolls, French Toast muffins, pumpkin cheesecake and a loaf of sour dough bread.

I suggest you prepare yourself for a shock of flavour and taste. We are talking next level taste here. You can taste the quality. You can taste the real amazing flavour and quality ingredients that they obviously painstaked over. World Champion knockout quality and flavour. There's nothing processed or unnecessary added and you can taste it. You can taste every single flavour meant to be there without anything being too sweet.

It's a genuine healthy and pleasurable flavour experience with every bite of every item. I again warn you to forget expectation because you will be blown away by the taste and quality.

You'll rave over it and tell your friends, co-workers and family just like I am now because frankly it will set a new high standard that you've likely not experienced and you will want to be the first one to share this new amazing gem of a bakery\cafe.

Bravo to The Keto Crumb, it's owners and staff for daring to create something more than the norm and strive for such excellence and setting a new high standard in quality, taste and friendly service at very reasonable...

I can’t believe I can find all my keto goodies in one place! Everyone that works there is absolutely wonderful ❤️ My friend got me their sourdough bread and I ate it with guilt as I thought it wasn’t keto ( keto breads I previously ate had an aftertaste that I got used to with tike), but this one was YUMMMYYY Now I go there to get my jam, bagels, bread occasionally other stuff if am treating myself. If KETO is your lifestyle, this is your to go place. Prices are not cheap, but non of keto items are, keto lifestyle isn’t cheap, but learned the hard way that my health worth it. I don’t eat out much now, don’t spend money on unnecessary snacks so I could get healthy goodies with clean ingredients from places like this...

I was just in the shop to pick up some pastries for the weekend and what a wonderful experience I had with the staff and the product. I got a little of everything to try with my family this weekend and when the piece was small the staff through in an extra to compensate. That’s customer service, all said and done they also have me a breakfast sandwich free of charge on my way out which was great. If the food is half as great as my experience we are in business for a keto heaven diamond...
