Wing House Express — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I ordered from Skip the Dishes so didn’t get to experience the restaurant as a whole but the food I received was disappointing. I ordered the “single” deal with wings and garlic parmesean fries, potato skins and the broccoli cheddar bites. The “parm fries” were absolutely not parm fries and they were covered in ranch for some reason no garlic or parmesean taste whatsoever and clearly seasoned with other things? (I know it was ranch because the same ranch dip came with the broccoli bites). Also, I’m not sure that the restaurant knows what potato skins are because they came as JUST potato skins… nothing on it. Just plain deep fried potato. If you order potato skins from any other place they will come with cheese, bacon and probably some green onions on top. Not sure how this place justifies charging $11.95 for a plain deep fried potato…Super weird experience. It was my first time trying Wing House Express and I certainly won’t be trying again. Avoid!!! Don’t waste your time or money ordering from here. The worst customer service possible. Ordered a pick up order, they messed up the whole order. When I called to let them know the order was incorrect, all the guy wanted to do was argue, then hung up after consistently talking over me and yelling. 2 different flavours were ordered and they couldn’t follow simple instructions, then own up to their mistake. All we wanted was to return the food and receive the correct order, instead we got yelled at then hung up on. Absolutely disgusting. Please don’t support this business!!!! Now my family has no dinner, and I’m out almost $50. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of the upon walking in the place, it was absolutely filthy. Disgusting attitude and disgusting food. Hopefully my review will change in the future... but for now, on two separate occasions, my orders have been messed up - and I only find that out by the time I get home and try to dig in. First time via SkipTheDishes - I ordered 1lb wings and fries, I ended up getting 2lbs wings and no fries. Second time around (today) via Wing House Express website - I ordered fries with cheddar cheese and bacon with wings (combo) and Greek salad with wings (combo). I ended up getting a regular old order of poutine (with curds), no cheddar or bacon in sight. They offered to add the bacon if I came back - but there’s no point in making that drive. But still... it’s the principle of the thing. My receipt clearly shows what I ordered (correctly - each time, mind you) yet I didn’t get it.
