As a Colombian woman, I found it very disappointing to taste this soup. It felt as though they didn’t want to lose the sale, so they improvised an “Ajiaco” with another type of Colombian soup. While that might seem resourceful, it ended up completely missing the mark. I would have much preferred to be told, “Sorry, it’s sold out,” rather than experience...
