One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The employee was very disoriented and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. 3lbs of wings took about 1 hour to make and they completely forgot about the 4th pound we ordered. When we asked for a refund for that 4th pound he refused it, while standing in the back of the restaurant basically ignoring us. We had to call the employee over multiple times which is when we finally got the refund. Mind you the entire time we waited the employee was absolutely clueless and kept reading the same thing over and over again. Seems like they may have been under the influence but...

Ordered 80 for 2 lbs of wings, garlic bread with cheese, onion rings. Unfortunately food arrived cold ( we live 5 min away), $40 for 2lbs of wings and we recieved 17 wings that were small in size/weight. Breaded wings came in non breaded. I called the store to ask if I could come exchange for the correct item and was told to complain online to skip because comment didn't show up. I placed an order for delivery and unfortunately my expectations fell short with the food as well with the delivery driver, he was less than pleasant (also was given a $5 tip, which I wish I could have revoked). I made specific instructions to use the back door as this is a business, however the message he received was 'ring doorbell and hand to customer' which he then felt it was necessary to tell me how to place orders in the future.
