Crust N Cream Pizza & Icecream — Restaurant in St. Catharines

The pizza immediately made me sick(not just feel), then it got worse over the course of the night and now I think I have food poisoning.. 3 of the 6 of us are extremely ill after and I don't wish this on anybody. please take more precautions to avoid cross contamination, I never leave reviews but this merited one. The pizza and wings both tasted very off like the wings had expired or something. Hate to be critical but I have never been this sick in my life and will have to go to the hospital if this continues.

edited for response: we got our food just before 5 not knowing you closed at 5 so I assume it was rushed and maybe some corners were cut, idk. But that's why I didn't call yet, you're closed. I will call you tomorrow if I'm not in the hospital. Also for your record it was takeout it was two pizzas one half pep half cheese, and another one ordered with tomato and onion however it came with red pepper, not tomato. (That didn't bother me) And breaded honey garlic wings (breading from working in several kitchens, is a major source of accidental cross contamination if not done perfectly, as well as leaving them out too long after being thawed/ inproper thawing.) I understand you are the owner and not an employee, I would suggest being more strict with your protocols and employees and someone will call you tomorrow if I'm not in the hospital, Since I posted that it has gotten a lot worse and can't keep down fluids or solids and am constantly vomiting as well as all the symptoms of food poisoning, I hate to leave a bad review but I felt as the owner you should know that having 3 of your customers get immediately and severely (food poisoning level) sick, should be a...

THE BEST SERVICE EVER. KINDNESS STILL EXISTS MY FRIENDS! Do not let the name of this place deter you from coming here because it is the best place, with the most generous/friendliest service. I intend on coming here every single time that I’m in St. Catherine’s. The food was prepared EXTREMELY quickly. I ordered the food online and before I even took the elevator down it was done and ready with timely communication. I got there the team was so sweet and kind. Because it was my first time they were so generous to provide me with an extra cheesy garlic bread which was basically the size of a small pizza. The pizza was delicious with plenty with the toppings. I also had multiple flavors of ice cream! It was the perfect way go end my late day after travelling. For the price and for the amount that you get, you cannot find service like this ANYWHERE! I highly recommend this place to anyone going to visit...

Great experience, I recently visited a pizza spot and had a fantastic experience. The cheese pizza I ordered was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the cheese was gooey and flavorful. The combination of the sauce, cheese, and toppings was well-balanced and satisfying. I couldn't get enough of it!

Additionally, I tried the cherry cheesecake ice cream, and it was truly awesome. The ice cream had a creamy and smooth texture, and the cherry flavor was rich and refreshing. The bits of cheesecake mixed in added a delightful crunch and extra burst of flavor. It was the perfect sweet treat to end my meal.
