Presotea — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Came here for a birthday drink and immediately I noticed a difference from the Toronto location I visited while seeing a friend…it was clean and welcoming when you walk in and there was someone ready to take my order right away which is great! I got the peach cheese cloud and my bf got the banana coconut slush and they were both amazing! They both weren’t overly sweet it tasted like natural peach not the fake kind like fuzzy peach’s! The banana coconut was even better he couldn’t put it down we finished both large drinks lol! My only reason for 3 stars is because the customer service was average at best. I have the app and I’m not sure how there rewards work and unfortunately both times I’ve come they don’t ask for the app so you can earn your points and I never remember because I’m trying to focus on what I want to get as it’s my second time coming here.After paying I felt a shift in there mood and made it uncomfortable when she called out my drinks she didn’t seem too happy and smacked them down on the counter and went to making another drink right away I said thank you for the drinks and she ignored me. If you’re looking for somewhere new to check out this is the place. They have a phenomenal amount of drink options and have something for everyone’s taste buds. The store is very well taken care of and looks as if it opened yesterday. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met in the city and always make everyone feel right at home. I’ve been going to this location for a few months now and have developed a few favourites from the menu being a brown sugar panda and the jasmine milk tea. Both have completely opposite flavour profiles but are unique in their own way and are very enjoyable. The atmosphere is always calm and warm yet very great even when it’s busy. They have over 90 drinks to choose from and always have special drinks you can get all the time that are usually cheaper than the normal drinks and their prices are actually quite reasonable, the drink I always get is the ‘Brown Sugar Panda Milk Tea’ which tastes similar to iced coffee in a good way i get it in a large size which costs around 11$ all together and is actually pretty big for your buck and you won’t be disappointed as it takes roughly half an hour to 20 mins just to drink that much boba tea for me but if you’ve got at least 15$ to spend I’d...
