I ordered lunch online December 2nd, 2023 for my boyfriend and I. I've been super eager to try this place for the last few weeks. So, we gave it a try. Using the online ordering, there were a few ingredients I wanted to omit from one of the bowls, it was about 3 items. Upon picking up my order, realized every single item I didn't want in the bowl, was in the bowl. I went back to my order to see if I made the mistake. Came to realize the cook had made the mistake, not even a big deal, things happen. My boyfriend went to take care of the issue, we just wanted our money back for the mistake on the one order. Was told it would take 3-5 business days to refund my order. With all that being said, I kept my order I placed and tried it. It wasn't the best by far. Fast forward to today, December 3rd, 2023. I now have food poisoning from eating at this restaurant. I've never been so sick in my life! Also, was told the cook in the back took zero recognition for his mistake and was coughing openly in the kitchen, not covering his mouth or wearing a mask. Read moreI've visited the noodle box about 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The real food for the right price pulls us back! The Thai style chow mein box has to be my favourite at this point! My grandmother really enjoyed the honey garlic! I like to try something new each time we go so last time I tried the mac& cheese Bombay. Packed with flavour I feel it was a little over powering for my liking but it wasn't bad!! The kids meal noodle box is the perfect portion size for even my 15 year old daughter & she loved it!
The young girl who runs the counter is super welcoming and so helpful when deciding what to get for your first time! (I should of asked her name by now 🤦🏼♀️)
It's the cutest little restaurant with a small eat in area, however last time it was raining they had quite a few roof leaks inside with no buckets catching it so the floor was soaked :(
