McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Thomas

This has got to be the worst McDonald's and service going. I orderd a BLT Quarter pounder combo that was just shy of $10. I asked for no salt on the fries. When I got my order home and opened to eat it, there wasn't anything on the buger, just a patty and the dry bun. no cheese, no bacon, no sauce, no tomato.. and my fries were basically the salted ones which she just tossed back in the deep fryer thinking you couldn't tell, but they were so hard that they weren't edible. This is the third time I have gone in and ordered from them and had similar mistakes. This is n't as simple as forgetting a dipping sauce or not taking off some onions, I literally payed $10 for a dry patty inbetween 2 pieces of bun. I have had incidents where I would order my son a nugget meal and get home to find 3 nuggets. Never again, this place needs to be looked into, all the young employees do is talk while you wait for place your order....

Was the only person in line and order was called out without the order number which would of confirmed if I was my order or not but no didn’t call out a number and the order that was called out had the same item as me so I walked up and took it and the employee didn’t say anything so I took it and left. Realized it wasn’t my order and went back and told them I had the wrong order and the employee was incredibly rude and blamed me for it when he didn’t call out the number or stop me and then made a comment about how the order I took had to be thrown and was wasted even though it was his mistake. Plus they messed up multiple other orders while I was waiting. Employees there should have more respect for the employees if the actual store that the restaurant is located in as we help revive their product. Oh and I didn’t...

Hi McDonalds Wal-Mart, St Thomas, your my 'Stinker of the Month'🤢. The service was unfriendly almost clinical like a cold doctors office. The atomosphere was depressing and the staff who didn't look like they wanted to be there couldn't even smile at customers. Smiles aren't free here and if it's comparable to the food I couldn't afford one. The only picture I took was the food. For fifteen plus dollars this is what you get. YIKES! The food was hot and tasty however small portions and iced down pop with poor service and a nasty looming atomosphere...I'll I can do is two stars and that's generous.
