I just waited 25 minutes in line to order a sub. There was a big group ahead of me with two people serving them. Maybe 5 minutes of my waiting time was because of the large group. Once the large group was finished one employee went to the back leaving the other out front. He realized multiple online orders had come in and had to make those first, as a line grew behind me. During this time I realized there was two additional staff in the back. A women who kept looking out of the employee only door… but not bothering to come help, and another kid in the kitchen area. While waiting a couple behind me left because it was taking so long. The women behind the door kept looking out and finally came out to check chip inventory… on racks that were full.
It’s a bit much to wait 25 minutes to be able to order at a fast food restaurant. I don’t blame the two staff that had been in the front.. but I certainly blame bad management and ownership.
If you can’t staff appropriately to handle an inside counter, a drive thru and online orders, you should not be taking online orders. These kids that make the orders don’t earn enough to take on customer annoyance because the owners are too cheap to staff appropriately.
If owners can’t afford to staff appropriately, they they should get their butt to work and out...

This time I went and the boy that was putting on the shredded cheese only put a few pinches. I have never had any issue with getting a normal portion of cheese. And he acted really rude in his demeanour. I didn’t want to say anything because I just couldn’t be bothered. Also, I have had issue of getting the right amount of toppings of extra tomatoes. She said that she wasn’t supposed to give extra I protested on that one and she reluctantly agreed to put it on. I wasn’t asking for a crazy amount and no one has ever said they couldn’t give it the way I wanted. I have never been treated that way before. I will never again go this this location. The franchisee should seriously address the rudeness and lack of people skills. If it was a one off type thing I would never write a review like this….but it’s frustrating to pay good money for this kind...

If you choose to, do your self a huge favor and do not buy a coffee from the Tim Horton's next door, the owner of sub way will harass you and tell you to leave. My self I bought a coffee and took it to my vheical, that was in the subway parking lot, as I respect businesses enough not to take out side food/drink in to them. This is where the owner approached me telling me to leave because I had been at Tim Horton's. She was very rude and did not even wait to see if I was going to go into the store to buy food.
