Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. Thomas

Cleanliness - been in a few times over the years and sometimes it's kept clean other times nothing cleaned off the tables and messy (could have been a short staff day, as they are always busy with drive through).

Food - honestly timmies has gone down hill terribly, and not just this location but across the board. It's the company itself that's failing. But it's a quick place to grab and go when needed and sometimes regretted in desperate times.

A week or so ago I did get a belt bagel with no bacon, and I always recommend checking your order.. as few times when I didn't check I got the mest. So I checked this time at the window and the employees looked insulted and kept insisting theirs no bacon, which this time there was not. But mistakes do frequently happen. Which I did explain that I just don't want to be driving and find out the order is wrong. They didn't seem to like that.

Employees - I'm sure they are nice but it seems timmies have a reputation for disgruntled employees that show they hate their job and this location is no different. I have come across a few employees that genuinely seemed happy to be there and were talkative and nice, but not always

Overall it is a fast and grab go option when you're in desperate times. Like everywhere else, they do have short staff problems. I'm sure some days are better there than others, but overall it's just...

I don't usually come to this location because the drive thru takes forever. Made the mistake of going to the drive thru for the first time in a year or better, 6 cars = 28 minute.

With regards to you response your employee gave me a slip to leave a review on your site. It had my order number for my visit on Wednesday the day I left this review, and the print out given to me for for Monday (surprise pre printed reciept, so when it asks, if this is in regards to my visit on Monday and I respond no), I can't leave the review... talk about under handed... wow. So, needless to say I didn't get a chance to leave a review on the site. Just a thought... seeing as most of the negative reviews are about the bad service maybe read through them (also, maybe get them to clean the coffee pot once and a while so the coffee doesn't taste burnt!) and do something about it?!?! Sad that this location is so very bad! Myself, my hubby, mother-in-law and other friends have boycotted this Tim's because of the deplorable service and subpar food and drinks. Shame on the owner...

I went to this location with my 2 children. We dined in. The dining area was clean and they even had some flowers and plants which was a nice touch 😉 ! The counter staff was super friendly and was very patient while waiting for the kids to decide what they wanted. The washrooms were tidy as well. Because I did peek before I let my son use the restroom. The service was pretty quick considering what we ordered , which was a little bit of everything. The food was good also. The coffee tasted great. The quenchers we got were great, the kids love the quenchers with the whipped topping! We got a pizza and some chicken noodle soup, some donuts and coffee and frozen quenchers.
