We get wing boyz once a week We always ask for the wings sloppy we always pay for the extra sauce “sloppy” but we never get it. This time we decided not to eat the wings to bring them back as we pay $22.50+tip every time. When my husband was explaining the situation my he was a met with rude attitude and the employee was becoming hostile to his face the gave him $14 because they said that he ate some of the wings. My husband then said well he’s gonna leave a review the gentleman didn’t like that and proceeded to take his picture and film a video of him Just to be clear he wasn’t complaining about the quantity or quality of the wings he was complaining about the sauce on the wings it’s the principle of the fact if you pay for something “extra” it should given that way, And it had happened way too many times for it to just be a one off. Proper customer service would dictate to be given a full refund along with a replacement of product purchased. It just goes to show some people care more about money than the actual customer base they keep. Unless they want to make it right, They won’t be seeing us again!
Hello thanks for replying let me just clear it up as you still aren’t understanding we purchased 1.5 pounds on Monday evening as you were about to close typically we order on Tuesdays we always ask for sloppy/saucy at $1 per pound you charge us $2 each time for sloppy Wings that we never get and we rarely complain.. Yes he came home we had about three wings each they were dry we decided this time we’re not gonna settle we will return the wings it because we want the quality and the the principal is I pay for sloppy sauce we should get what we pay for… We have more going on in our lives than to just worry about getting the wings ASAP And what transpires through our days is none of your business We work and have children we are very busy and we’re on the go go go our vehicle was in an accident so at this time don’t have one. He had tried to call to explain the situation nobody understood him just as you’re not under understanding now we’re not complaining about the amount of wings we’re complaining about the sauce on the wings the fact that we always ask for saucy and sloppy and never get it you charge us $2 every time we never get it could be 20 times you charge us and we don’t get it’s $40 we wasted our money to go back and have you give us extra that we’re already paying for the next time. So when we received a rental car on Friday not Thursday he went into explain the situation somebody who would be understanding of the situation what apologize sincerely probably refund your money and give you your order hot and ready to go again No you instead accused him of lying told him he ate all the wings and that there was enough in there he was given hostility and had his picture taken See if you went to a restaurant and ordered a chicken burger or a steak and it wasn’t cooked right you would then ask for it to be redone when it came back out the restaurant or company would remove it from your bill for the inconvenience they wouldn’t make you pay to all the additional time the meal would be complementary on them that’s customer service that’s how you keep a client...

I have been a regular customer there since they opened, but my experience last night regarding their awful customer service turned me right off from ordering from them in the future. They would not take accountability for a mistake with my order. I ordered honey garlic Parmesan wings (along with multiple other items). When i got back from picking them up, i noticed my wings were not the correct flavour. I called them to let them know of this and to request the proper flavour be made. They challenged me on the phone claiming they did not make a mistake with my order. When i told them i’d show them, they did agree to remake them if i came back and exchanged the old wings with the new wings. I was at work and could not drive back to do this. I requested delivery which they were reluctant to do, but eventually agreed. When they arrived, however, they would not give me the wings until i gave them back the ones they originally sent. I showed them a time stamped photo which they eventually accepted (what were they going to do with those other than throw them out?). They never once apologized for the mistake and made it very clear that this was a huge problem for them. They made me feel like i was lying about the issue with my order. The worst part was when i went to eat the fresh wings, they were undercooked 🤢 Mistakes happen. It’s not the end of the world as long as a company takes accountability and makes it right. Read moreEvery time we go to Shelby’s on Talbot for Shawarma we see this place and make a mental note to try it out, we’ve been doing that for months… Well today is the day we gave em a try and man o’ man, it changed EVERYTHING… Well it didn’t like pay my child support for me or anything like that, BUT! It was very, very delicious. I got a pound of the Sweet Thai Chili wings, my wife got a pound of boneless Honey Garlic (which are only a dollar to upgrade to btw, a sweet deal if you ask me) and we got a large poutine to split. First off the poutine was fantastic and not to mention MASSIVE, more than enough to split between us. The Sweet Thai Chili sauce on the wings was intensely good, not too sweet, not too spicy, the perfect balance and on top of that the wings stayed crispy as heck under the generous amount of sauce. Also a pound is ten wings here where I feel like I’ve gotten two or three less from other places in town, not mentioning names here. My wife’s boneless HG were also incredible, all white meat nuggets doused in an incredible honey garlic sauce.
Overall the quality here is top notch! Our order came out to an even 40$, for the amount of food we got and the quality of the food I’d say that is more than fair in 2022. They also appeared to be very busy and still managed to get our food out in under 20 minutes, points for speed!
