A&W Canada — Restaurant in Stellarton

Disgustingly slow. 4 people up front running around like chickens with their heads cut off, saw another 2 in the back.

When i got there, there was 2 people in the drive thru - i, & these other people waited roughly 15 minutes still yet to be served. A few cars pulled up behind me but found parking spots, probably due to the wait.

With that, i think why not just go in. While there were only 3 others waiting to be served their meals, i stood there aimlessly waiting for my order to be taken.. but got ignored.. not even a “ill be with you in a bit”, absolutely no acknowledgment. I waited maybe another 15-20 minutes before i just walked out.

Ive worked at a&w before, & I understand a dinner rush, but this was beyond...

I love eating here and have for years, but don't dine-in for breakfast unless you want the usual's, aka the entitled old men, mocking you and making fun of you. Went and got in line and hadn't noticed an older man had been behind me (I had unknowingly cut line,) him and his friends proceeding to say "we'll see who gets there first," and mimicked cutting in line, and repeated rude comments. This probably seems very simple and small but I have severe anxiety and it takes a lot for me to do these things on my own. Workers didn't say a word to them and I ended up walking out in embarrassment for something...

Food is always good. We've been coming here for awhile and it's always been good food and friendly service. Today was different, our order was bumped several times. When our order was finally served there was no " Sorry for inconvenience", just an awkward glance. While we were eating, a customer who bumped past us returned with his burgers claiming that they were incorrect. The servers went on to him that his order correct.
