Ordered at 3:30pm Saturday afternoon Jan 27th. Have not had Burger King in a few years since my last experience was terrible. Decide to try again.
Ordered 3 whoppers, but only received 2 whoppers and a jr whopper. Okay not a good start. The Junior was so cold it was rock hard and I had to spit it out after the first bite. Threw it in the garbage. The toppings had turned to mush since they had been on the burger for possibly hours before It was given to me. This was one of the worst burgers I have had in a very long time. Sure enough I HAD FOOD POSIONING that night and into the next day. I am done with this Burger King forever.
Reading other reviews going back as long as six months have the same problems as I've mentioned, being committed by the same staff members. Loud music coming from employees phones, no doubt they get the order wrong. The cold food issue goes back as far as three years in the reviews. This is an ownership problem. This reeks of nepotism. I asked for a receipt after the fact, but the guy had to juggle three orders since mine—so no receipt. No biggie I told him, I have a bank transaction though, I thanked him for his effort and gave him a thumbs-up for handling the drive-thru and front like a champ as he was also doing drive thru orders and assembling the orders as well.
As I ate my cold fries and warm-ish burger, I tried to focus on the positive (and avoid eye contact with the "pulled ahead" customers who came in looking for their orders). Long story short: great worker at the front (4/5stars), so-so manager (2/5 stars), and I’ll never be back, all three of us are not feeling 100% since we ate shortly after.

I placed a mobile order and selected "dine-in," yet my food was handed to me in a bag without a tray. Worse, the bag was missing essential items: ketchup and napkins. These were not available for self-service in the dining area either, forcing me to approach the counter twice to get them - once for the ketchup and a second time for the napkins. Most importantly, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The bun on my Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich was completely burned; it was blackened beyond recognition and tasted intensely bitter. I had to go back to the counter yet again to ask for a replacement. The single star I'm giving is solely for the staff and the manager, whose service attitude was acceptable while handling the replacement and various issues.
