Swiss Chalet — Restaurant in New Glasgow

My husband and I arrived at a very busy time Sat evening. There were no boots available, only tables. Several families came in behind us. We were only getting the brownie explosion so we told the lady that we could do a takeout order and give the tables to the larger groups. She told us that we could do that through the drive-thru so we left went to the drive-thru placed our order and the drive-thru gentleman told us that he could not do The brownie explosion through the drive thru. He even double checked. Disappointed we were going to leave but decided to go back in. It was not 7 minutes later the same hostess did not remember us. (Although we did tell her the drive through, could not do dessert as she suggested ) We waited 10 minutes to be seated.

We had a wonderful visit to the Swiss Chalet in New Glasgow. From the moment we walked in, our server (Christina) greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. The service was incredibly quick, and our meals arrived faster than expected. The chicken was exceptionally juicy and flavorful—a real highlight of the meal! We visited during the Festive Special season, which always adds an extra touch of cheer to the dining experience, and the holiday decorations were lovely and added to the warm, cozy atmosphere. Horrible... unfortunately.. ive had 3 experiences with them 2 eat in and 1 delivery. all where a travesty. running out of dishes so u cant get what u want. under cooked chicken or dried up. delivery doesn't do Debit at the door and there owner wouldn't own up to it and wanted us to drive or go to a ATM someplace to get money for the meal. woulden't offer any other options had to contact there head office with the delivery driver waiting to get it resolved. witch they reviewed there order and confirmed the woman told me they Do have it and comped the meal. the manager/owner of this location is not to be delt with unless u...
