It's just not worth the price and the service is incredibly amateur. I really think it's time to shut it down and open something like the appleseed diner down the road. These franchises are just serving overpriced slop and more focused on the bottom line. As someone who has great experience in restaurants, its very disappointing to see people being ripped off.
We got GF garlic fingers cactus chips, and 2 pastas. The chips and dip were very good, the garlic fingers were decent, their cauliflower dough is pretty good, but their donair sauce is absolutely terrible and looks like someone came in a cup. Its obviously bottled or bagged. Why can't they make it in house? It's very cheap, tastes way better and is very easy to make, but these franchises rather serve frozen, bagged slop to get every penny.
The pastas are a joke for over $20 lol they are made with cheap ingredients and taste like those frozen microwave pastas you get at the grocery store. The Alfredo sauce is bland and is not a real Alfredo sauce. I've eaten at restaurants with the same price but their pastas were made right and good ingredients. There is no reason for this besides ripping people off.
The service is a bit disorganized. The entrance should have a designated place for pick ups and eat ins as it can get crowded. The hostess sat us and wiped our table. Well half of it anyways as she was rushing. So there was still food on the table. We were not served water after we were seated, the waitress took a while so we asked for water as we ordered our food. After a long wait I had to go and ask for some water at the bar. There were 7 servers working and it wasn't that busy. Also $4 for pop wtf is that non sense???

Read moreI'll start by saying, I (we) generally like BP. We have been to a few and have never had a issue. Always a pleasant atmosphere and good food. How ever, we arrived at 4:10 pm and got sat at a table fairly quickly. The table was dirty to start with....not the end of the world. We wiped it off, and carried on. Our server came and we ordered food around 4:15-4:20, and that was the last we spoke with her till we got our food... an hour later. She brought plates while we were waiting, but never said or asked if we needed anything. Just dropped them and left. The best part, the plates were filthy! (Pics attached) We tried getting their attention, but they were either too busy to be bothered or could care less. Right when we were about to leave, the food arrived. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, although I am not entirely sure what was given to me. I have eaten a few of these sandwiches at other BP's and restaurants, and I am still not sure what they gave me. See pic attached. The fries were great though, but that was it. So if you want to go to a place and spend 60-70 $ of your hard erned money with dirty tables, dirty dishes, get ignored by your server, and have a guessing game for the time your food will arrive....then this is the...
Read moreNever going back. If there was a designation of less than no stars, I would give that, here's why. We took my grandson out for supper. This is where he picked to go. So we waited to be seated, and then another 15 minute wait to get orders taken. So after another wait of 25-30 minutes, we adults got our food, after another 20 min., my grandson still waited for his food; every server I tried to flag down, including the "hostess" was "too busy". Finally, after almost an hour after ordering, I finally got one of the waitresses stopped and then she went to check on his food. After another 15+ minutes, they brought him his pasta. HE WAS 11 YEARS OLD!!! He waited 2 hours for crappy, microwaved pasta. Apparently, someone "forgot" his order. Our original server came over and literally threw a package of cookies at him and mumbled "sorry". It was one of those times when the whole situation was so bad, it stuns your brain. Never going back and I am putting this on as many blogs, travel...
