Butter Chicken Hut- Chatters Cafe — Restaurant in Stony Plain

The telephonic customer handling was so poor that I didn't feel like having the food. I am not familiar with Stony Plain but had to be there for work related reasons. I was looking for an East Indian Restaurant and while placing the order i confirmed with the person if the road is blocked due to construction. He denied. When my GPS drove me there, the road was closed. I called the restaurant to point me in a direction to reach (I did mention I was a little short on time as it was my break). I confirmed the address and he said address is correct but its closed where i was. I told him that I am near a pet store and i mentioned few other landmarks. Earlier he asked me if I m in Stony and then he asked me to go behind the pet store. I somehow found the way to be at the back side (Which was again closed due to construction). I called once again to confirm and the person on the phone sarcastically said, " Y ARE YOU EVEN AT THE BACK of the pet store. We are in operation and people have been walking in and out of the store.There is no construction at all." Instead of offering an effort to try to find out where i could be (as of course my order would be ready by then ) he had a nerve to question me what am i doing at the back after actually sending me to the back of the pet store!!! I have had it enough...

As an Indian person it is super hard to find something that meets my standards. But this place exceeded it! I have been there probably 5 times in the past 6 months! The food is always amazing. My kids love the pizza, the fish and chips are amazing, the tea is divine and the Indian food is super tasty!! We have never been disappointed. Most of all the waitress is the sweetest!! The owner & host are both very nice too. I love having this little gem in this wonderful small town. The first time I took my husband there he said "this is our place from now on!" Thanks for an amazing dining experience every time!!

Update: they now serve breakfast also! We had a first class service by the always welcoming owner. We are excited to see this business grow and flourish. Thank you all for enriching our community with delicious food...

I saw an ad recently that this restaurant is now serving Breakfast. Unfortunately, I arrived too late, it is served until 11 am. I decided to stay and ordered a Remedy Chai while I looked at the menu. It was delicious! Many interesting options on the menu and I decided on the Butter Chicken with Coconut Rice and Garlic Naan Bread (you get to choose your rice and naan from about 4-5 kinds) I was so surprised at the huge serving that arrived! A full plate of rice, 7-8 large chunks of chicken in a delicious sauce that you can dip the 4 big slices of Naan in. I only ate about a third of the serving so this meal can easily be shared. The service was great and the food arrived quickly and nice and hot. Their menu has a variety of options so I look forward to trying again. Maybe early enough for...
