My mom and I were going through the Tim Hortons drive-thru at around 11 A.M., already in a rushâas well as anxiousâbecause we had places to be. When we pulled up to the window, the lady working there asked my mom, âWhat, do you not have enough?â Referring to the coins in my momâs hand. My mom did not think it would be over $2 for a muffin, but she was wrong. She had her card, ready to pay, and the worker gave her a hard time for it. When my mom replied, the lady made an annoyed and snobby response: âSorryâŠâ she said, in a very rude and immature way. She repeated herself again, but more agitated than before. We went back after my sisterâs activities, and the same lady was working at the window. She was ignorant and didnât even look at us. When she held out our order for my mom to take, she didnât hand it out to us. She had it close to her, so my mom had to reach out and grab it. She simply said âHere.â (Something lazy like that, I was so shocked by her annoyed attitude that I wasnât really listening). Her tone was rude, and she was overall just moody and annoyed throughout all of our Tim Hortons visits. Her first name is Stephanie, not sure what her last name is, through.
My family did write a review, but there were no details, and when it was posted, Stephanie replaced my families review with a FIVE STAR REVIEW which was unearned. Clearly she knew that she had been unpleasant and was looking for a bad review, which states she is aware of her attitude towards customers. I recommend having a talk with her, or firing her.    Read moreI go through the drive thru here pretty regularly and more recently each time Iâve gone through I am happily greeted by a worker named Aidan! He is always happy and positive on the speaker and even more of a joy at the window regardless of the chaos that could be going on behind him. He seems to truly make and effort to make sure heâs a positive point in your day. This afternoon in particular I ordered at the intercom (was a girl that took my order) and when I got to the window It was Aidan, he explained that they have had a very busy day today as McDonaldâs ice cream machine is down so they are low on a lot of their donut there for they didnât have what I had initially ordered. But Aidan was ready with my other options with a huge smile on his face (even went through the process of explaining the difference of the donut he was suggesting instead! )

Hehe Food is & drinks 4.5 yeah because there's been inconsistency sometimes because it's busy for Apple filters they are definitely too far from what it used to taste it might be because of the flour it might be because of the production demand , there's a lot of factors that could affect it but as far as I'm concerned about cooking maybe the brand of the flour..because it's been ordered too much I don't know ..but there's something in it thatif I eat five before I can only eat 2 so there's there's a big gap on it but so far all in all it's always a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons more power.
