Pita Pit — Restaurant in Stratford

so my partner and i had been going to stratford pita pit often and one day we ended up going to one in another city(kitchener) and after talking with the owner we had found out the pita pit in stratford is ripping people off for their cheese and the owner is the worst. petit is supposed to be 1 scoop and regular is supposed to be 2. they have been ripping people off for years and when we went to their head office they responded giving us 1 pita coupon which doesnt even come close to the $100s we have been ripped off for years when getting extra cheese. in fact i am rather insulted by this and have not been back even to redeem the coupon.

this is criminal at best.

should i add in that the owner tried to refuse my service dog?

this pita pit needs a new owner.

PS. i have also noticed a sudden change in staff from capable workers who worked well as a team to a new staff that needs better training.

They have messed up our order twice in the last month. The first time they quickly and easily replaced the item with no hassle. This time they argued that they hadn't messed up the order and then made us order a new pita and request a refund from Skip the Dishes. This was not an error on the part of Skip the Dishes and they should not have had to refund my money (they did). Pita Pit was very rude and not helpful, they provided a contact # for Skip the Dishes that led nowhere. The unfortunate part is that this is one of the few places we like to order food from as it is healthier and sits well with our picky stomachs and now we have such a bad taste in our mouths that we will not be ordering...

Came in Saturday post greasy fair food in dire need of a vegetable and accidentally had the best fast food experience.

Two guys behind the counter were phenomenal - guided us through the options like pita sommeliers (it had been a while and we really didn’t know what we wanted), and somehow made us feel like VIPs at a damn sandwich shop.

Food was delicious, restaurant (including bathrooms) were immaculate, Service - Michelin-star-worthy! They even rescued a sweet lady from a tragic pop-bottle incident. Zero eye rolls. Just pure heroism (and strength the get the lid off for her)
