Ordered from Skip The Dishes today for subs for my family. I was very disappointed. I ordered a toasted Flatbread with bacon and extra cheese. My sub came untoasted, absolutely no cheese whatsoever, and no bacon. I called to complain and the manager was very rude to me. Didn't listen to me, told me I was wrong, and kept dismissing my concerns. I was very upset. She said there was nothing to do and kept trying to say the sub came correct when it fair clearly did not. Rita is extremely rude and bad at making subs. She has no customer service skills and will purposely give you less cheese or meat. Even when i ask for double cheese she gives the equivalent of single cheese, when i complain she tells me to go to a different restaurant.
