Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Stratford

Usually my experience is good here, but today when I came in and order for my family, the cashier, took my order wearing gloves, took my money with same gloves on, played in the till gathering change and bills with gloves on and proceed to do the same with the 3 customers behind us. All with the same gloves on.

Then proceeds to grab chicken and fries with the same gloves on, going in the fridge under the counter grabbing items, then to the pip cooler to grab drinks, again not changing her gloves. Then goes in the back, grabs her phone and starts taking pictures of meals she has prepared for i guess skip the dishes, still wearing the same gloves.

Again taking another 2 customer orders and playing with money yet again. Still same gloves.

I had to ask her to make sure she washed her hands and changes gloves before touching my meal. She said she always does, yet we all just watched her not do that woth 5 customers and a skip order. Again I asked to to changes gloves and clean her hand and she finally does.

Prepared our meal with new gloves then back to the register and another customer with the same dirty gloves then back to the food. Like really is it that hard to change your gloves when going from money and other items (phones) ect and...

Hey management I hope you read this; My mom in law was in yesterday to your store complaining about staff sweating while serving / making food she said it could be some air conditioning issue. And i came today it was same , Very poor hygiene seems like no air conditioning behind and staff working is literally sweating. I guess its needed to be reported at public health department, concerning peoples health what if sweat somehow touches someone's food. I felt the lobby smelled like some one recently urined as it could be coz of blockage in air conditioning too , if this cant be fixed close store until you fix it. Food was good no issue with food and service was fine its the atmosphere . We really should come together and help each other out its fri kin 35 degree blowing hot out and you make people work in such a heat. I felt looking at them as they were poor immigrants. I did not find and any local person at the time i was in . I always been to popeyes but never had such a bad environment ever. Other locations are very well maintained where i visited ,This location not recommended as Hygiene is concerned. And if this remains same should...

I would never recommend this place. Popeyes is an amazing franchise and serve great quality food but this franchise and itself disrespects the Popeyes name. The cashier and herself does not know how to treat customers and when I asked if I could speak with a supervisor anybody she said she doesn’t know who the supervisor is. The food that I got one was really cold and second the mashed potato that I received was also cold. I didn’t receive any napkins no I didn’t receive any utensils or any sauces with my order. I kindly asked her what’s going on as this was the second time this has happened. She said they’re lowest talking to sauces which I get and then I proceed to ask what about the other stuff and she goes and replies to say “OK I’m sorry what do you want me to do” like excuse me what I want you to do is treat every customer with care and also provide them with the utensils to eat the food that you’re serving them. Anyways horrible service food was garbage, The cashier name was harkit. Definitely if you see her please turn her way or the Popeyes franchise owner needs to get rid of her in...
