Grace the Boutique — Local services in Stratford

Outstanding customer service! After having had a bad customer experience at another ladies clothing store in Stratford, it was such a wonderful breath of fresh air to come to this friendly and professional boutique. Staff were super helpful, pleasant and not pushy at all. We all enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the store picking out things to try on and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Ending up buying four items. The selection was great, the price was right and the two ladies just a joy to deal with. I will be back, and I urge anyone shopping for ladies clothing in Stratford to stop by this gem of a boutique. Fabulous clothes, UK lines, lovely and kind staff!

I was smokey and a little grubby from camping, but the staff still treated me like a regular and valued client! It wasn’t off putting or snotty in the least!

They carry some great lines, including a few from the UK. I often order my clothes from the UK for the great prints and details, but that gets expensive with international shipping and duties. Now I can shop closer to home!

I’ll be back (not post-camping) for some fall and holiday shopping. Can’t wait!
