Food is good but today I experienced not being able to pay by debit so I offered to pay by cash and he didn't have change for anything which sometimes I understand then tells me to call over the phone to pay which I agree promptly because I would like to pay and then eat my food and he left me the food which is okay I still want to pay because I like the food there but then I call in to pay and idk someone else must have answered but then said to me that my food should be here with the driver so I told him he left the food here and went back to the store cause the debit machine wasn't working, then the man on the phone says idk and I said I'm trying to pay and he said I'd have to come in to pay well no I can't that's why I ordered delivery from you so he said bro bro this is a restaurant and at this point I'm confused, like sir I'm trying to pay and then hung up on me so I call again try to pay again same thing happens so idk what they feel to do about it but worst experience ever! Loved "Villa Shawarma" before it became "Toque Shawarma" they didn't have the best customer service but the food was always excellent.

We ate toque Shawarma twice now since they have opened. The first time i thought it was ok my wife did not like it. The chicken was very dry even though it was in a steam table. Was more expensive then the previous owners for the same meal. We used to get 2 chicken shawarma's and a large fry and 2 pops for $25 that same meal cost $32.

We ate there yesterday (June 6th 2022) and was probably the worst Shawarma I have ever had the wrap was like eating through a piece of leather both ends of the wrap weren't tucked inside so made quite a big mess as the topping feel through the bottom. The fries were excellent but chicken shawarma wraps were terrible.
