Staff are incredibly friendly and polite. I have always appreciated that they let me explore the art in peace while making up my mind. I have purchased a number of pieces of art here over the past year and have never been disappointed.
Located in a tourist destination, they do offer a wide range of souvenir options-some mass produced - but not everyone can afford the pricier pieces at the back of the store, so you can not fault them for that.
The real gems are in the art gallery itself. The only thing I feel could be improved would be more representation of Native groups not from the West Coast or the Arctic.

However, there was some carelessness with the inventory, as there shouldn't be prints with damage for sale, even if they're at a 'reduced' price (actually the same as elsewhere on the internet) that does not mention damages. The front portion is a shop with a mix of items handmade and not: Unique Canadian-made jewelry, pottery, clothing, art prints and gifts. Pieces vary in price from quite affordable to luxury items.
