McDonald's — Restaurant in Strathmore

If I could give 0 stars I would. We decided to make a stop to grab some quick breakfast on our road trip. Upon attempting to order at 2 of the self serve kiosks the printers were broken and would not dispense a receipt. Despite there being 7 people working at this location, there was only a handful of drive through orders and 3 people waiting inside for their order. We waited 30 mins for a burnt bagel belt which was poorly made with 2 ends of a bagel, wilting lettuce, and barely any bacon pieces. As we waited 30 mins for this order, they also forgot our hash brown. There was also a customer behind us that had made an online order (1 coffee) and they were not able to find the order and the gentleman had to wait for a while to just receive his coffee. This is VERY frustrating and was definitely the WORST McDonald’s experience ever. We attempted to go back inside to get a refund, but due to the long lines that built up from the lack of efficiencies and inability to help customers in a timely manner, we resulted to going through drive through to get a refund. My daughter lives in Strathmore with my grandkids so we go unfortunately to this Macdonalds way too often due to the kiddos I was there Saturday and was told I wasn't allowed to use my points for more then 3 transactions that apparently her computer blocked my account SO RUDE making there own rules as I left said ty and went through the drive though and got the items anyway !! They also took 4000 extra points off my account for an item I never received . They cannot make ice coffee at all !!!! Never get orders right at all . Overcharged me on family night and had it so messed up I just said OK whatever and took the receipt had many people check the receipt and everyone said noway it was right !!! Absolutely disgusting tbh. Where i live i go to mac donalds daily for tea or ice coffee and they are absolutely Amazing 👏 then I go to Strathmore and have to deal with people that honestly have no idea what they are doing . One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's always busy when I go and the staff are always running around looking stressed and overwhelmed. Service is severely lacking. It always takes a long time for someone to take my order at the cash. They focus on the drive through customers and not on walk-in or dine-in customers. Staff are rushed therefore making my experience unpleasant as they usually ring my order in wrong and I have to correct them. They very rarely have ice in their pop station. Tonight they forgot a burger and I didn't notice until I was home. My husband's large fries was half full. What's the point of paying an extra almost $3 for the same amount that comes in a small? There is a simple solution to the problems this restaurant is having...stop being cheap and HIRE MORE STAFF.
