It’s a nice restaurant with a wonderful view. The decor is rustic and cute but the seats aren’t particularly comfortable. I had the fish tacos which were good but messy to eat. They were quite wet. I had potato salad on the side which was meh / same as superstores. My husband had fish and chips which he said the fish was good but he’s had better and far more generous portions (for less) at the dairy bars around pei. His fries were limp and tired and he says unseasoned. His other observation was the inappropriateness of serving fish and chips in a soup bowl. That was a little ridiculous for him and he had to make a makeshift plate with his serviette and the parchment paper the fish is served on so that he could use his utensils. My tacos were served on a cookie sheet which was fine with me but it makes you think that someone is just a little too overly excited about being creative with presentation- we invented dinner plates for a reason. . My husband also ordered a coffee to drink and did not get offered a refill - the service was definitely not overwhelmingly great. It also took about a 1/2 hour to get our food. All in all we wished we had just gone to...

Excellent Clam Chowder - not weirdly flavoured to be unique!! Yum!! Wonderful sweet potato fries (and not greasy, just perfect) with the best dipping sauce for them that I have ever had! I usually don't like the dipping sauce for sweet potato fries. The Garden salad was delicious and unique because they also added strawberries and dried cranberries to it, which worked very well surprisingly with Ranch dressing!

The servers were smiling a lot! Nice kind attentive service! Lucas was excellent!!

Fabulous view!! Don't miss this one! The other side of the restaurant likely had an even greater view because it overlooked a large body of water, but I wanted to look at the cute shops instead.

The Fish Cakes were sadly awful. They tasted like they made them with pancake batter. Yuck! My hubby had the same opinion. If you doused them in a lot of lemon juice, then it wasn't that noticeable.

I would go there again for the delicious Clam Chowder, Garden Salad, and sweet...

This was a first time visit for me. Nestled in Spinnakers Landing, I guess i was never hungry when visiting the shops. Perfect spot along the waterfront/harbour and bonus, we were seated on the upper deck where we could watch the Canadian Coastal Guard washing down their vessel. Beautiful day, beautiful view oh yes food. Light lunch for me. My selection was the chicken quesadilla with salad. Tasty, standard size and the salad was a bonus with the added fruit pieces. My friend had hand cut PEI french fries. Delicious. Our server was great and entertaining too. My only disappointment this place closed the Labour Day weekend. Way to early for such great weather - but understandable, staff go back to school. I will return next summer to my now favourite...

We got the lobster roll on the croissant, side of potato salad and the berry salad. The salad was very disappointing. It had probably 2 whole strawberries on it in total (cut up). For a berry salad I’d expect a lot more berries. It was also overpriced. 1 star. The lobster roll and potato salad were a hit. Would have given it five stars but the price was $32 and at such a high price it has to be 4/5 stars. The drinks were good - grapefruit gin cocktail and Gahan island red ale. We had a nice view of the bay inside because it was much too windy outside. Service was quick and excellent. Would love if they could provide more vegan options as the only option was the berry salad. They have a vegetarian flatbread but pesto is not vegan.

Went on their last day before closing for the season. Staff were kind, the patio has nice views. We ordered the seafood chowder and fish & chips and the chowder was very milky tasting which is for the lower review. The fish & chips were excellent though! Perfect batter ratio breading to fish and not soggy. Their spin on a tartar sauce was my favourite. We also ordered mussels and they were cold and we picked out about 5 mussels whose shell did not open at all/couldn’t be opened and quite sandy. The bread was good that it came with but idk if I’d order it again. For sure the fish and chips tho🔥
