To the worker, working the front counter, at 1pm on thuesday may 28th.... shame on you and your extreamly disrespectful pour behavior towards a customer... my appoligies from asking for a cold brew, instead of a frozen cold brew... i dont care what terminolgy you use, you board flips sooo fast, i couldn't read the board properly. I appreciate you making my the one i want, but to trash me right infront of me, over your headset, is completely uncalled for and disrespectful... and when i called you out and siad thatnk for my oder, you can go ahead a trash me openly now, your relpy is have a good day sarcastically, like i neant nothing aa a customer to a&w, which you represent when serving thier food.... lets not b embarrassed for being so rude, no no. Cuz after all a&w employeed have never made a mistake... cuz thats what i did..... i made a mistake, which i said.. "im sorry, i meant the frozen one"

Im sooooo over the absolutely disappointing food service in the lower main land.. you employees really do not care about your customer and whether or not they come back... must b nice to hold that much confidence within your food chain.... i really hope one day everyone doesnt just decide there done with the disrespect and boycott you... that will never happen tho righy, its al good.. just keep letting your staff treat people like they dont matter... it all good, have no doubt im only one who feels this way...

TOO EXPENSIVE - NOT WORTH THE PRICES!

I can remember going to the A&W drive-in as a kid in the late 60's-mid 70's. It was such a fun experience and the food was always really good. I have continued to visit A&W through the years but over the past several years their pricing has caused me to reduce my visits. My friend and I went through the drive through at the location on 192nd & 28th in South Surrey the other day(April 19/24). It was a long wait (over 10 minutes) and there was nobody in queue in front of us. We each ordered a Teen Burger with cheese, we did not order anything else. When the girl handed out the debit card payment machine, the total was $18.51and I nearly cancelled the order! Teen Burgers are tasty, theres no denying that. However, they are not a large or filling burger on their own, as it is a single burger patty. I can remember when Teen Burgers were around $5 each and that is fair value.

I understand that costs (products to make the burger, labour costs, etc) have all gone up, but fast food used to be an affordable quick bite. It seems like the only "bite" now is on my wallet! I won't be returning to A&W with their current level of pricing, it is not an affordable place to grab lunch. It is a shame that inflation is having such a negative impact on things like fast...

Did the drive thru at 6:30pm. One other vehicle in the drive thru, no ither customers. That should have been my first clue. Ordered a chicken burger, peach pie and a medium root beer. Asked if it was a chicken patty or like a piece of fried chicken. She said something inaudible..chubby chicken on a bun lettuce and mayo. I said okay do that. 6 minute wait for the peach pie, cancel that. Get home, it was a microwaved chicken patty, barely cooked and the root beer, when i poured it into a glass with ice, was almost transparent with absolutely no fizz. $13.00. For a chicken burger and medium drink, not a meal with fries, just the burger and a drink. I could have got better food from the Petro Can across the street, or McD's across the street. Disgusting burger, overpriced, when an A&W cannot even get the root beer right just shut it down. I know alot of workers in the area, i will make sure they all know how crappy...
