I had a fantastic experience at Freshslice Pizza! The pizza was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made — but what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service from Ritika. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and professional.

I order 6 pizza which had no taste at all. I asked for medium spicy and when I taste it, had no spice at all. I asked the manager about taste , he said ge just sprinkle salt on top of the pizza which is awful. Crust was awful. They also said that they are still learning how to make pizza. I asked them if you don’t know how to make pizza why did you took new franchise. Also their pizza is very expensive. Price is way higher...

As a coeliac I was a pleased to find out they offered GF pizza. The staff were very knowledgeable regarding cross contamination procedures; the chefs changed gloves/prepped GF food as separately as possible.
