Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Surrey

Service was horrible. I bought a burrito and asked for cod. She said 3 minutes and I said ok. I went to ask if I could get two churros as well, but she cut me off and said one moment and went to get the cod. I figured she would ask what I needed when she came back, but she immediately helped the next two customers without acknowledging me (which is fine she helped them, but she got annoyed later). After helping the next two customers, she got to my cod in the oven. It was a bit crispy and dry, but again, I understood that it's easy to overcook fish. I asked for pineapple hot sauce on my Taco and she put a large amount of garlic. I don't like the garlic one, so I told her I asked for pineapple. She proceeded to put a splash of pineapple on it. I then asked for cilantro sour cream and got regular. I asked for two churros and she seemed to get annoyed at that request. I paid, and she said she would bring me my churros. She brings be one. I ask where the second is and she ignores me. I ask if I can have caramel sauce and she says no. I ask her if she has some and she says she doesn't know. I ask if she can look and she says she doesn't want to. I have to argue her for caramel sauce, which they had, and she was visibly angry she had to give me a sauce when I didn't even get a churro I paid for and had a burnt burrito with a sauce I didn't ask for and didn't like on it. In all would go to any other location...

Went in today and noticed gentleman infront of me was getting polite service. Do I dare to expect the same? While this young Indian lady asked me what I wanted she never took time to listen instead was speaking in punjabi with 2 other staff about the (attractive man). I overheard everything but chose to ignore this rude behavior. I got the wrong sauce as she wasn't paying attention to me. When I finally went to pay she shouted "did something happen?" Myself and 2 other customers turned to her and she looked directly at me and repeated "did something happen" I asked if she was speaking to me and she said " you are staring at me so i asked did something happen?" She seemed to be very proud of her rude behavior. I told her I had no problem but then I told the aunti at the cash that I understood punjabi and heard their entire conversation they had about customers in punjabi. They were so preoccupied by the attractive man (including the senior aunti) they decided not to pay attention to customers in...

We came in here on Sunday about 5:45pm and the girl working has no understanding of providing proper customer service. She did not acknowledge us at all as she continued to work on finishing up an online skip the dishes order, all the food and condiments were still out and open. So as we stood there letting her finish, the delivery driver comes in and waits for that order. She then tells us sorry, i can't take your order anymore as I still need to finish other online orders. We were so shocked because we waited patiently and the restaurant still has an open sign. Bad service and will definitely be making a manager complain. Just be aware that walk-in customers are no longer prioritized so it's probably better to just order...
