So I've been coming to this location nealry 6 months... order same thing . Medium french vanilla 2 shots of expresso.. when receiving it was extreamly sweet not strong in any way... so i reduced the size and tried getting small with 2 shots... now i know 1000000 percent they are not adding these full shots that i pay for.. its so frustrating.. i have even said before completing the order to pls add the shots firstly then top it off with french vanilla... as another timmys apologized and said somtimes ( most most times) they fill the cup with the premixed french vanilla and dont leave enough room to add 2 full shots. Which males sense on why iam not getting what i order... so finally i had it and called and spoke with manager.... im not even joking .. word for word she tells me ... okay weather u think you didnt get your 2 shots.. u wouldn't be able to tell or not because it doesn't reduce any sort of sweetness......... like r u joking lol ... just down the road on 200th i order the same thing and the guy working is awesome.. eveytime i order i get what i paid for ... it tastes nice and strong with a perfect balance of sweetness ..this manager at 192st just sat there arguing with me . as if in stupid or have no clue what iam talking about . Amd says over and over and over . Expresso does not change any sweetness... i justt can't comprehend this... im just done with this location ...ill admit they're very fast at producing ur order but almost 2 fast... as soon as u get to the window they r shoving everything in your face rushing u to take it. Perhaps if slowed down a bit you would be able to properly ensure CUSTOMER'S are receiving what they ordered and happy and will return to their buisness.. as of now i will never ever go there again... the manager is extreamly unprofessional and argumentative and has a no it all attitude.. i asked her to pls make a small french van.. with 2 added expresso and to try it compared to one without and would call her back in 5 mins... in which i did... and this lady really has the parts to tell me lol that there is NOT A SINGLE chnage in the taste or sweetness level.... ABSOLUTE LIAR!!!!! DONE WITH THIS...

The workers were all speaking to each other in Punjabi in front of people, having private conversations, ignoring the line up. This one girl handing out sandwiches was just straight up yelling at customers. Delivery drivers and drive thru were taking over everything. Just close the inside seating and made it a dine and dash place cause this was ridiculous!
The front counter girl was either on her first day off training with no training or was just left alone to try because she knew absolutely NOTHING. I asked for a grilled cheese panini. Basic item theyāve had for YEARS, she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked what my Timās card did in lieu of points and rewards, NOT A CLUE.
Time to stop ordering at this famous what used to be Canadian coffee company and hit the small Ma and Pa stores because at least there my money goes to hardworking people who care about service and their clients.

So apparently, today i went through a drive through and gave my order while the lady I talking to was not attentive at all. And upon receiving my order from the next window, i just said if it would be possible to add some Tim-bits too and instead of politely telling me what she can or cannot do, the lady just rolled over her eyes and treated me poorly which obviously made me mad and worthless as a customer. Hence, I did not take the order neither i got money back. I later called on their store number to speak with their manager, but unfortunately because managerās absence my call was received by their supervisor which sort of listened to what i had to say to her and later cut the call on my face. I was been told that the lady who took my order initially was also a supervisor which made me wonder if supervisors are entitled to treat their customers in such an unkind and a rude manner. Not once, not twice but thrice I have been not satisfied with their service. Poor customer dealing and Zero quality service. Clearly this location is...
