Kwantlen Pizza Sweets 28 avenue — Restaurant in Surrey

I ordered two plates of aloo parantha for takeout and as I work nearby I told the receptionist especially to have it ready no later than 1:30 as i have my 20 min break at that time . I ordered it at 12:40 hoping to get it at 1:30 the latest but they really disappointed me today. I reached there at 1:30 to pick it up and the girl on counter told me that it will take 6-7 minutes to get it and then I reminded her that I have my break so please hurry up. She went inside and never came back instead she then sent somebody else who also kept saying after every 5 mins that it will be ready in 2 mins. This procrastination kept going on till it was 1:50 and my break was over. I got my order at 1: 52 - which is more than an hour later. When i got in my car and tried to eat a few bites before i got back to work- it was too hot to eat and tasted poor. It was clear that they forgot to make my order and began preparing it after i was at their store which is very disrespectful as I gave them extra time and special instructions for it when they normally only take 20 mins to prepare something. How come it took them 1 hour today even after my special instructions about time ? Please value your customer’s time. You ruined my whole day and I had to go back...

Worst Customer Service and befool the customers.I Ordered Fritters (Pakoras) from them for take out and when opened the box on arrival at home, it was all soggy and loaded with oil. I called to complain, the manager told to bring it back and he will make the new order. I drove 10 km to their shop again but instead of making new order they just tricked me by taking the pakoras I brought back, removed little bit of oil, put some masala on it and gave it back to me. When I questioned that they just gave back the same stuff, the girl said she was not there, so, she doesn’t know anything although I heard her saying the manager that he is very smart at fooling the customer. I by and large go there for pizza , as of today Dec 22,2022 they were out of pizzas may be because of snow storm demand so I had to go for other than pizza , they are good at baking it but not a good restaurant for goat curry or other non veg curries. I had ordered goat curry and naan for dinner, goat curry quality was very poor gravy was tasteless and rancid, just 2 big pieces of mutton, rest is all bones without significant meat on it. People who make goat curry at their home kitchen are BEST, Pizza is not the best like others but butter chicken pizza can be given a try, I personally will not go for anything other than pizza.
