Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Surrey

Good customer service on the phone. Pizza came way late. Quotes 45 min came 1:30h. Also the pizza I got had clearly been siting on a heater for some time. I still tipped the driver as the pizza came within 5 min after I had to call.

I worked at pizza shop for years. Many of my family has too when we were younger. I'm sure it was busy. Something went wrong and the delivery got delayed. It happens. To be honest if I didn't have a hungry 2 year old daughter I wouldn't have cared much.

Honestly one of the best run pizza huts I have come across. It's in an industrial neighborhood, in a little strip mall so it gets busy for lunch but even then they have always in the almost 8 yrs I've been going the for my lunch hour never told me more than "it'll be ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes" and delivered on their word...(for pick up not delivery) The staff are always nice, the food is always hot and the only time I've ever had anything wrong they've apologized and gave me a decent credit for my next order...

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. If I could give you a zero Stars I would. Your person who takes the orders does not make sure that the address on file matches the delivery address given at the time the order is placed. So you turn around and deliver it to a wrong house that no one lives in and has no power and when I the told the manager who was also the delivery driver, he actually got angry and hung up on me.
