Burger King — Restaurant in Surrey

So I drop into this place on my way to work and clearly order a bacon king meal and a whopper with cheese. I, of course, get asked if I want the (paper bag) to which I reply not unless it can't be managed without it . So out comes 2 burgers 19 bucks. Apone review of my order I note that I did order a meal and a burger. Oh, says the young lady, and then she generated a second bill for another 10 bucks, now up to 30 bucks . I get 2 cups, and my order was handed to me again incorrectly. This time, the 2 burgers were both turned into meals, and again, I corrected the girl . Frustrated, I then exited with my incorrect order. I get to work and try to eat 1 burger (whopper with cheese). I unwrap the burger and notice it's just a bunch a patty and a slice of cheese. The burger was not at all a whopper with cheese. It had zero veg or condiment on it, and it had been sitting on a warmer for far too long. It angers me to no end that with food being at a premium, the fast food joints take no pride in the product or service. This burger King sucks...

This location is appalling to say the least. Disappointing would be an understatement. The customer service is revolting, under-power and in truth plain bad. The girl working the till, at the front has horrible customer service interface. She has a condescending tone, rude, unhelpful and full of apathy. It was my first time at Burger King, usually many fast food places have beef so, I asked the lady what chicken options there were. She said no 8- which was a chicken sandwich and no 12. Since it said sandwich my girlfriend asked her are there any burger options and what are they called. She proceeds with a condescending tone “yeah we call them burgers” she was ignorant to say the least. Perhaps not even understanding the question fully.
