Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

The guy who manages/runs this location obviously has no idea to run a business with customer service.. Fresh Slice locations genuinely offer a good product unfortunately they got a jacksss running this location, who has a general distrust for customers..he may have had some people rip him off in the past so he takes it out on every customer.. I ordered here 3 times each time left me with a bad impression... First time I called for a pickup.. he said “it will be ready in 10mins” I got a phone call from this guy as I was driving to pick it up at like the 15 min mark..dude says “i’m late!” I’m like what? .. I’m on my way... they are no where near closing at the time i've never had any other pizza place calling me like that after only being minimally late..I tell him I’m on my way you don’t need to call me because I’m not there exactly at the 10 minute mark..... Second time My girlfriend calls him for a medium garlic lovers feast with banana peppers.. she said he was quick and didn’t even ask her details, she felt like he wasn’t trusting her for some reason... I show up.. he gives me the pizza... as I realize he literally threw on the banana peppers after the pizza was cooked... who puts on toppings after the pizza is done? In my opinion this guy has a dislike/distrust for customers I bet he didn’t believe we’d show up.. if we didn’t show up he’d give that pizza to the next person..but we did show up so he threw on cold toppings. This guy gonna say I’m angry cause I asked for a Washroom and he dosent provide any even though I believe he’s pushing over 9 seats in a large building... regardless the guy who runs this franchise is a jackass and I’m ashamed I gave him my business 3 times more than I should have. I’m not gonna lie the pizza itself is not that bad, for the price, however the jackass that’s running this franchise that has a distrust for all customers I wouldn’t trust the pizza.. go to the...

The pizza is always fresh and hot. Just recently they forgot to deliver the drink I ordered but a new driver was sent to come back fairly quickly (approx. 20 minutes later) and delivered it with my receipt.

Modifying this review from 4 stars to 1. I ordered pizza again from this location and its been over a year. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and when the pizzas got here they were cold. I called to say they were cold and the lady was just silent... i told her I was watching the driver circle around my block and then he sat in my drive way for almost 6 minutes. Then when I called to say the drive is just sitting there in the car and she asked me “uhh do you want the pizza delivered to your doorstep?” I said Umm am I supposed to go down to the car? LOL. Anyway, Definitely a very different place than what it seemed to be before. If I happen to order from here again in the future i’ll make sure to ask the right questions...

I have visited many Freshslice Pizza locations, but my experience today with Ms. Giang was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail stood out immediately.

What impressed me the most was how efficiently she managed everything while still taking the time to make sure we were happy with our order. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and her friendly nature truly made the entire experience memorable.

It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond in customer service, but Ms. Giang does exactly that. Because of her excellent service, this Freshslice location has become my favorite, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.
