This has been my go to atleast 5x a month for smoothies, esp. avocado overload but recently for 2 consecutive visits, I got disappointed. This visits were attended by a guy/guys. I always order atleast 2 avocado overloads and recently it's no longer as tasty and as thick as before. It's now watery, so diluted, tastes like just water with syrup/sugar only and the cup isn't as full. Imagine 1 good order, then realized the order was actually 2 so he just added more ice and syrup to make 2 cups 😒 terrible. As you can see in the photo, the cup was never this clean/transparent once it's all drank because it was thick and creamy. It shows how diluted it is now. I used to recommend this location but won't anymore; will avoid visiting unless I don't have choice, no longer worth it.

Update Tonight we went back to order the same drinks for hopes that it's gone better after my 1 star review 5 days ago. We're happy we got them as good and smooth as before. It was prepared by the girls (who used to do before). These girls are the reason why I gave more stars from 1 to 3 and will give more chances. 3 because of the inconsistency and no guarantee of getting the diluted ones as we always order online. You can tell the difference in the photos alone. We always pick up 10min after order is confirmed because it's only 1minute drive from home. Tbh, the good ones are actually still thick even when it melts until next day when put in fridge. The bad ones, taste like water and syrup only and becomes too watery before it's finished. One star is too generous for them. They really need to train their staff for the Skip the Dishes/DoorDash order. I have ordered three times total, and none of the order came correct. First order, they got me one of the order with totally different meat and side. Second, they missed one drink. Third, which was placed just an hour after the wrong second order, I ordered two drinks and one of them was wrong. I don't think anyone in that location check the delivery order properly. They always mess up the orders and always miss something. And all they can do is refund through the delivery company with the credit because they don't have anyone to deliver the missing items. They have offered me some free meal or gift card, but I don't want that because I know I never gonna like them or trust their food anymore. Never gonna try again this location. I read other reviews and I am not the only one who had this kind of problem. Seriously I am so wondering if there is any staff who can read the order right and ring correctly, or even just double check before they give the food out to the delivery guy. They need to do something to fix the problem for delivery order. Or better to stop if it's hard for...

They need to start having negative star reviews because that’s how the customer service here at Pho Hua treats people. Absolutely horrendous, let alone waiting 2 1/2 hours for my order… take a look at the photo of the “Chicken Banh Mi” they had everything BUT the chicken and argued that they “looked through the security cameras”. The RCMP ask for the public’s help when they release footage of security cameras, how can they decipher the “grams” of chicken put into a sandwich by seeing a pixels. Now with the exaggeration aside, I would have been happy with a genuine apology as I know I would have got no where with complaining. But the manager insisted they didn’t make a mistake and that this was the amount of chicken that all sandwiches required. If you are thinking of a quick meal or don’t feel like cooking at home. Steer clear of this restaurant as they do not know how to serve customers let alone giving us what we paid for and trying to distinguish my photo as not being correct.
