Food: 5/5 for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich very delicious and soup of the day Creamy Tomato with Ham was oh so good loved it! very delicious chicken was juicy & crispy outside with bread toasty but soft in the middle

Drink: 3/5 for the Mango Matcha Right now there is a Matcha craze and so many places offering strawberry and mango matcha drinks some using ceremonial grade. Indigo does not use ceremonial matcha which is alright but with that its tasting mostly milk and mango and bit bitter from the matcha they use. So overall not the best drink they have on their menu for me.

Atmosphere: 4/5 I love the place its cozy and area makes it so community oriented family/friends vibes all they way. Its not big so if it gets busy would be hard to come with more then 3 people

Cleanliness: 2/5 It could use a good deep cleaning especially the bathroom, and baseboards walls lots of dust and because the walls are whites and with family oriented vibe little kids like sticking dirty hands on the walls and windows which is fine by me lol but upkeep for this cafe would be awesome because it is a gem.

Customer Service: 4/5 workers are nice , calm, quiet and to themselves working hard. nothing more to say or negative they work in peace and...

2 days ago “Atmosphere” would have been 4 stars for me, unfortunately the likelihood of me continuing to be a regular is now low, as the only reason I made the drive here was the dog friendly atmosphere. I understand this is a tough one to navigate as a business owner - hard to make every customer happy! I would like to offer a possible solution for your consideration: perhaps designate a small section of the cafe as dog friendly - I suggest tables by one of entrances so owners don't have to navigate through the cafe. Also consider placing a cap of how many dogs are allowed inside at a time - having a designated area would naturally create this limit if you have only one or two tables in that area. Also, a sign at each door that tells owners their dogs MUST be well behaved and if they choose to enter with their dog they are agreeing to the terms. Should their dog show any sign of aggression the cafe reserves the right to ask them to leave.

No solution is perfect, and again impossible to make everyone happy, but hopefully this provides some food...

My review went from a 4/5 to a 1/5 today. I am a frequent customer at this cafe. I have a small service dog, they have checked my paperwork multiple times, today 2 people told me I couldn't have my dog in cafe after showing them the paperwork & doctors note. The foreign young lady got confrontational and disregarded my disability. I even went outside for 20/30min to wait for my food. Not only are they rude and do not have good energy here, it takes 30-40 minutes to get a simple sandwhich. The vibes are not good. I will no longer be spending my money here. Side note: multiple instances where I have seen the same girl go out to smoke and come back without washing her hands and touch food. Highly recommend getting new staff or training your staff.
