Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Went there today morning. I ordered “crazy puffs”, I didn’t know the name properly because it was not showing on display at that time. So I asked “do you guys have cheese pockets”, then the girl who was taking my order responded in an arrogant and condescending way “CRAZY PUFFS”. I wasn’t sure about the it’s serving size, and flavour, so I asked the her about it. Then instead of understanding my question, she responded loudly and in unprofessional as well provocative tone we have crazy puffs but did not answer what I asked her. I had to repeat myself and for no reason she was responding in same unprofessional loud tone, which was very unexpected and embarrassing for me in front of other customer. I am not a confrontational guy, so I didn’t say anything and left after picking my order. This is not how you guys should treat a customer. Horrible service, not...

Raw dough... We always like ordering the deep deep dish pepperoni pizza and we enjoy that one a lot... Except we seem to always have to ask the staff to cook it for longer because everytime we order from this location and don't ask for extra cooking time we always get the pizza either very raw or only half cooked. We order this because its meant to be hot and ready and we like it when its cooked we just don't enjoy when we have to put it in our oven or air fryer to finish cooking it when we get home. Maybe the set cooking time isn't correct...

Tonight my friend and I ordered pizza waited 10 minutes no problem, his cheese bread is not cooked fully. My pizza was the one with all the different bacons. They only put the bacon on the middle of the pizza. Didn’t even spread it out. Also his pizza was a pepperoni hot and ready and was hard and nasty from sitting there so long.
