What a pathetic menu. The chef is trying entirely too hard, while doing absolutely nothing.

The combinations of ingredients are awful. Cauliflower and vanilla bean? What kind of psychopath comes up with something so disgusting?

The tonkatsu burger was dry, bland, and tasted awful. It was so gross, I completely lost my appetite after one bite. The best way to enjoy this food is to throw it right in the trash.

If we hadn't won a package to eat free, you wouldn't catch me dead eating here. Although they keep the place so cold you'll wish you were dead to be able to take advantage of the frigid temperatures.

Brutal experience, start to finish. Awful server who told me he was hot, so I should be fine. He just left in the middle of our meal with no notice. No one helped us for 20 minutes until we finally flagged someone down. We didn't even know he left. Considering mains average $35, you think they could at least offer good service with their awful food. Don't come here unless you like...

Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because this mouse cake and the charcuterie-board was good. My cousins were staying here, so we came to pay them a visit at about 9-10pm and thought we would hang out at the lounge, grab some drinks, coffee and appys. There were about 5 people in total sitting in the lounge at the time and they had a live band playing which was nice. However, our server, worst service ever received. She was not attentive to our table, did not refill our coffees, gave attitude when speaking to us, and frankly was rude. At one point of the night my cousin and I were afraid to ask her to refill our coffee, because we thought she would snap or do something to it. I don’t quite know what her problem was, but maybe she shouldn’t be working in the service industry if she can’t kind. Very disappointed. Makes Sheraton look bad. Worst...

Trying this place out on the last weekend of the Dine Out Vancouver weekend. The food was good but the wait times were a bit long - 40 minutes. Portion was small, but the presentation was nice. The steak was delicious but it wasn’t hot by the time they delivered it. Perhaps the kitchen was short staffed tonight. The saving grace of the evening was our amazing server, Tomoko. She was so sweet and attentive. We enjoyed having her with us tonight. One thing to note: DON’T PAY for the parking! Go to the front desk to register your vehicle.
