Went to this Tim Hortons location about 3weeks ago with our out of town guests. We ordered for breakfast for take out. While waiting at the dining room, the staff kept calling other people’s orders who ordered after us. Some of the sandwiches were exactly the same as our orders, so my sister kept going up to the counter as she thought that it was one of our orders. That’s when one of the lady at the counter told my sister that we had a big order and that it will take a while to get done in a not so nice tone of voice as if it was our fault that we had a big order. When I heard how she talked to my sister, I went up to the counter and told the lady that instead of both staff working on the other orders first, maybe one of them should finish our orders first before working on someone else’s, so that we don’t wait there for a long time. That’s when she threw the meat she was holding back in its bin and rudely told me that she doesn’t care about me. I found out later on that she was the Supervisor or the Manager in charge that day. If she’s a Supervisor or a Manager, then she should be sent back to have proper training as she does not know how to handle pressure very well nor talk to people professionally. If unfortunately, she’s the store owner or one of the owner’s of that branch….well she’s definitely giving Tim Hortons a bad reputation for being rude and having a bad...
Read moreHad a very very disappointing experience this morning. We had bought a gift card & it was unfortunately reading card error when processing on the Tim hortons machine. The employees (including manager) didn’t have a clue as to how to guide us to figure out how to make it work. So she told us we had to pay for the whole order even though we bought a gift card & it was a fault on their end. We were apologized to or helped. They just stood there and told us there’s nothing they can do. I asked for the customer service number & the manager left & never came back. She didn’t say anything to me. We were there for 20 min & unfortunately held up the line because no one helped us at all. Read moreI came to the drive-thru the other day and I asked for a plain toasted bagel with extra butter and if I could get it Double Toasted because when they only toasted the one time it doesn't feel like it's toasted the one lady sat there and argued with me over the intercom saying they don't do that and I told her that they do so with her saying no no they don't do that I didn't order a bagel today I came in to the drive-thru and I asked for the same thing could you double toast it so that it is actually toasted I get home and my bagel is completely burnt like why would you serve something like that you're buttering my bagel it looks black why would you serve that when you throw it in the garbage and then retost it or turn your toaster down of some sort I can't stand going to this Tim Hortons because that one lady is just...
