Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Surrey

The worst experience ever, i really hope anyone who is seeing this review, you should decide not to go here. Yesterday my husband went there and goes on as a normal person to wait in the line up for his turn to come, and when he starts to order, since it was considered as a big order for the staff working on shift, they tell him to move to back of the line and order again. When he asks her why, she goes on saying they cant make that order, he either has to reduce the order or go back of the line. He did reduce his order, and requested for different menu options, even in those they had issues and wanted him to reduce even more, let me be more clear he was just trying to order food for 5 people. I really wish i knew the girls name who attended him, but unfortunately i dont since she didnt have a name badge. But i would ask the owners and the team to learn customer service before you hire someone. Even my husband did have a argument with her after this incident and she goes on to say since he was arguing with her that has made other people leave the premises without ordering. Again being clear here, people will leave without ordering if they see bad customer service. The intention of this review is not to get anything from the company, but instead i really want this to be a message for future customers...

Absolutely disappointed! After a long day at work and putting my kids to bed, my husband and I both ordered burritos through door dash. We got them sooner than expected, but both burritos were incorrect, we are charged for extra chicken and guac and received neither, as well as mine had corn and beans when I hadn't ordered either. When my husband phoned he wasn't given the best customer service and was told basically they were made correctly but if we wanted them done again we could pick them up. So no apologies or ownership for the mistake and at 8:35 at night we are told to drive 20 minutes to hopefully get our burritos the way we ask for in the first place. My husband also says that when he ordered from this location last week, his coworker had zero meat in his burrito and my husband's was complete mush and tasteless. I stopped by Mucho Burrito for a quick bite and ended up having such a great experience! I wasn’t sure what to order at first since there were so many options like burrito bowls, tacos, and quesadillas. That’s when Manpreet, one of the staff members, greeted me with a warm smile and patiently walked me through the menu.

She gave great suggestions and helped me build the perfect burrito bowl—fresh ingredients, just the right amount of spice, and exactly what I was craving.
