Ocean Park Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Had first started ordering here a couple of months ago and the pizzas were really good. However, tonight not so much. Ordered the House Special and BBQ Chicken. The house Special had zero pepperoni although it was the first ingredient listed on the menu. The BBQ chicken had way too much BBQ sauce which immediately upset my stomach leaving me only able to eat one slice of a medium pizza. We also requested an order of Honey Garlic Chicken wings which turned out to not being good at all. Also, ordered Teriyaki Chicken wings which were not Teriyaki at all but instead made with some kind of Indian spices. Needless, to say we should have taken $70. Including a tip of almost $9.00 and thrown that money in a dumpster. What a total waste of money. Oh and a piece of advice:

1. When a customer says 'Thank you and have a good night, don't just say Yeah and hang up.
2. When your delivery driver calls to let you know they have arrived, they shouldn't just say "open your door"without identifying who they are. There were 3 people and a dog in the apartment and not one of us heard any knocks on the door and no reaction from a dog who reacts to everything.Or as in the case of the previous delivery just opening the apartment door to walk in before the customer has a chance to...

My husband and I ordered last night for the first time. He said the girl on the phone was nice and then said it would be about 25min. It actually took 40min. Then my husband said to me that it looks like we where the last order because he had his daughter in the car(girl on the phone I am guessing). The food quality wasn't great but explains why so cheep. It was about $27 for two larges. Then about 2am in the morning I wake up sweating and then violently ill for about an hour. This sucks because I am pregnant and getting food poising last night wasn't a great experience. So thanks for that. Then I get a text from my husband on his way to work saying " throw out the remainder of the pizza I feel like puking" (this was 7am this morning). I don't recommend this place. Any place that gives you food poising or makes you really sick you should avoid. Maybe they used the leftovers for the night that should of been thrown out, I don't know but to sell a product that makes a consumer sick...

Always ordered from this place with no issues and good pizza fast delivery. Then one evening we ordered the Italian special straight off there website menu we had ordered 2 large Italian specials. 1 as per there menu and the 2nd one no black olives on half and pineapple on the black olive side. They show up and they made just Italian pizzas. Called them and told them we had ordered Italian specials as per the website menu they had said they would call us back as they were going to check there online menu. After we realized they sold us the Italian pizza we called back right away cause it does not even come with black olives and when we had originally ordered told them no black olives. They should of realized then that the Italian pizza has no black olives. So in there error we get a 10% discount on our next order. Yeah no I'm stuck eating this pizza that I didn't order....
