It's Take out only, there is a unofficial little patio out front but it's best enjoyed at home once that french bread has softened and absorbed some sauces imo.

Sandwich keeps very well, have eaten next day no problem.

Hands down best sandwich place in the area, food is made fast and in front of you, staff are kind, efficient and for like 12$ you can get a full loaf of french bread stuffed with meat and pickled veg, recommend getting a Vietnamese coffee too.

I tried this place for first time today and ordered veg ban mhi. I wasn't sure if it will good but it turned out tasty and fresh :) I feel like it was made with much care and all the ingredients felt fresh. Thank you and please keep it the same way.

This place has the best Banh Mi’s in Surrey hands down! Super secret spot with a friendly family run business. I’ve tried all the grilled meat banh mi’s and it’s taste authentic. They have freezers with marinated meats like lemongrass short rib, chicken, pork so you can BBQ at home. Very reasonable prices....
