During my visit to Om Sai Sweets, I had the pleasure of trying their Chole Bhature, some sweets, and samosas, and the experience was delightful. The Chole Bhature was the highlight for me—the bhature was soft, fluffy, and perfectly golden, while the chole had a rich, authentic flavor with just the right level of spices. It tasted like a comforting, homemade meal.
The samosas were crisp on the outside with a flavorful potato filling that was seasoned to perfection. As for the sweets, I sampled a few, including the Gulab Jamun and Barfi, and they were incredibly fresh and rich, just as I hoped they would be. The balance of sweetness was spot on, leaving a satisfying end to the meal.
The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring my dining experience was smooth. The ambiance was simple yet welcoming, and the service was quick despite the restaurant being moderately busy.
Overall, Om Sai Sweets exceeded my expectations with its authentic flavors and quality offerings. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking to enjoy traditional Indian...
Read moreThis is the strangest experience I had at a sweet shop. After getting dinner at A restaurant, I thought to buy some sweets so we went to this restaurant which was just going to close. The girl at the counter was just praising each sweet even though i tasted there and told her that its too dry and last time I bought sweets from here my experience wasn’t that good. Long story short, i bought half pound barfi ($5.50) and 2 ghujiya ( $2 each) so total supposed to be $9.50 but she charged me $12, when I have asked her why $12 she said cos it mix and I was like but you said I can just buy ghujiy a by piece separate. I was so shocked by her statement that I left without saying other word ,I felt like she literally did it for $2.50 , maybe she needed that . Later on, I was angry but it was hilarious at the same time like seriously you are charging extra and on the top the audacity to lie . Done with this Restaurant , will never recommend it and will...
Read moreI’ve been coming here regularly and have even recommended this place to my friends because the food has always been decent. I usually order 2 samosas, but this time I ordered 4 samosas and 2 bread pakoras. Still, they gave me the same tiny amount of chutney — the small plastic container they use was not only really small, but it was also only half-filled. That’s just not enough for the amount of food I ordered.
When I politely asked for a bit more, the staff didn’t speak nicely. I was genuinely disappointed. If I’m ordering more and supporting the business, the sides should be proportionate, and basic courtesy should be a given. I’m honestly reconsidering recommending this...
