BEWARE!!!! SPOILED FOOD AND RUDE LADY OWNER!!! CURSING YOU IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE! Last time, I ordered 2 salad rolls for pick up with extra peanut sauce when I got home I was given a spoiled sauce. The next time I visited the place. I talked to the owner and told her what happened last time I ordered a food from her restaurant. She immediately denied everything and told me I might had received a different kind of sauce. I asked her back if they have two different kind of peanut sauce?and she said, no. I expected an apology but she never did. Today, I ordered the same thing again over the phone and told her I want 2 orders of Salad rolls with meat and prawn. I told her 3 times so she will understand. However, by the time I came to pick up my order she gave me a salad rolls with only prawn and no meat. I told her, I ordered a salad rolls with meat and prawn. Instead, of apologizing she told me, “ Next time Order #3” and I told her back, “ I don’t know the numbers on your menu and that is why I said it 3 times over the phone what I wanted.” She immediately took my order out of the bag and throw my food on the tray. She was sooo rude and still asking me to pay. I told her to cancel my order and I left the store in disbelief. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anywhere and to anyone. If you expect to receive a good customer service and a excellent food DO NOT GO HERE!!! SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE LADY OWNER ITSELF!!!! If only I can give...

EDIT: New Management change to 3 stars satisfactory - This new review is now reflective of the new management of pho hillton. The service is still great but there are some differences - mainly how the pho is, but overall it is still a good spot to go to. Their pork banh mi was very good. I find the portion slightly smaller than usual spots and their broth isn’t quite as flavourful. The BBH is a specialty dish and only offered in the Large size. The prices are a bit higher than the previous owner but again that was then and this is now (and of course inflation doesn’t help). The restaurant has a clean interior and ample seating - when we were there there was a family of 8 comfortably enjoying their meal.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a great restaurant—the cleanliness stands out immediately. The staff greets you warmly and promptly shows you to your seat, making you feel welcome right away.

I stopped by for lunch after a session at the RMT. As soon as I entered, I was seated right away, and the staff was incredibly patient while I decided on my order. Their attentiveness and friendly service set a great tone for the meal.

I ordered the Pho Special in a large size since I’ve been to places that tend to exaggerate portion sizes. I also added a side of pork spring rolls. My order arrived quickly, and from the very first bite, I was blown away. The pho was flavorful and well-balanced, and the spring rolls were crispy and delicious. Every bite left me wanting more.

I will definitely be coming back, as this place has now become my go-to spot for great pho....
