Ordered Wings, cauliflower bites and garlic bread through skip- completely unedible. Chicken wings and cauliflower bites had a horrible, pungent and chemical smell and taste. I can not get hold of the Fraser Hwy location to resolve the issue, as the phone goes to an agent. Skip the dishes refunded 50% of the order, ($12) ,while Pizza Pizza told me that its Skips problem not Pizza Pizza. Skip says its Pizza Pizza ...and the beat goes on! The agents logic was if I bought a bad coke from a restaraunt , would I call Coca-Cola to complain? - Seriously?? Doesn't even make sense!? I advised that he may not be aware, but Pizza Pizza cooks the food, Skip drives it over!! I was advised to go in and complain, they will not do anything. On top of that, the agent was extremely rude. I will never order from a restaraunt that takes zero responsibility for their food, and makes a customer jump hoops to resolve an order, especially during times like these! What a waste of $35!! Maybe the pizza tastes good, which I won't even risk to ever try, but the chicken wings dont even smell like chicken!! Even an overcooked, dried chicken wing still tastes like chicken. The flavour of cauliflower bites had the same odor and taste of the wings, along with the garlic bread! So, if I could give you guys a zero I would - poor food along with extremely poor customer service! On a positive note, sealing the packaging, for 3rd party delivery service, I will give you an 10/10. So, at least I was reassured that the horrible taste came from Pizza Pizza , and not some Skip driver...

On my repetitive couple of visits and request in store I was denied copy of receipt of purchase. It’s a big $ amount. On my request several times no email id are provided & contact no provided is not responding calls. The staff told me they don’t keep old invoices & our manager refused to help on that case. It seems very rude & vague reply. Front office lady seems not interested in help rather denied to help & told me to call & email whomsoever on this issue. Once again I am requesting on this platform to provide the receipt for claim purposes it would be great help. Read moreRude staff!! we asked for extra toppings on the phone with call center and asked them to make sure 5 times about the order toppings and still they messed it up.. went back for replacement, the staff was telling us can you check the pizza before you leave and so I did and still wasnt right... so I left the pizzas on counter and left the store and called the head office. The owner needs to manage the staff.. unfortunately standards have gone down due to lack of management and greedy owner cheaping out for more profit. So sad the Pizza Pizza brand gets...
