Update: Sept 27/2018. This is my go to spot before work. But if you like to be talked about right in front of you for their mistake than by all means go here. Bagel sandwhiches come with an option of two things and I have always been asked. I was charged extra for getting both and I ordered with no cheese. What do I get? Both options and an extra charge plus cheese! So they kindly remade it and offered me a refund on the extra charge! Perfect. Until one of the girls was getting upset and, what i believe to be, speaking Punjab to another lady in front of me at the till - and giving me dirty looks as if I messed up her day. She kept trying to push my food to get me to leave and kept saying "we fixed it. Its made"She was clearly frustrated and upset thinking she was in the right. As I was waiting for my receipt for my refund another lady started taking orders for the people behind me and she asked the two options for the bagel right in front of the other lady working. So I will now be going to a different tim hortons or spending the extra money at Starbucks across the street. Used to stop here 3-5 times a week. Terrible service is not worth the money.
Have had good and bad experiences here.
Once ordered a plain multi grain bagel with only tomato and lettuce - I got a soggy bagel with thick cream cheese and tomato... ew. Thankfully I called them once I got home since that's when I realized the mistake. The manager at the time was really amazing and asked if I could come in and she would personally see that it was made properly and figure out where it went wrong. The till lady entered it in correctly but it was the back staff.
It's also become a struggle to ask for a sleeve for coffee. I order a dark roast with no cream or milk which means it's VERY hot. But the staff likes to drop it on the counter and quickly walk away.
Service is below minimal and have definitely been making my own coffee at home.
There are some good staff there and I...

I had an app offer for an iced capp + 10 timbits for 5.10 but I wanted to use my change up so I ordered in person. The total was $5.10 so I gave a $10 and a dime. The cashier takes my money and walks away. No change. An entire $5 bill missing. She walks away all the way to the drive thru area and no one else is at the front. So I wait 2 minutes for her to come back to the front and I ask for my change. After I get my change, I wait about 5-7 for my iced capp and timbits. I get both of them which I was skeptical of since she never asked which timbits I wanted. I opened the box up and what do you know, it’s a bunch of random flavours. No one is at the front, once again. So I walk to the drive thru side where everyone is and I ask the same cashier for 5 powdered strawberry and 5 honey dip. I wait for another couple minutes and mind you, I’m standing near the drive thru. She calls out “10 timbits” on the other side of the store. I walk there and check and guess what. It’s THREE powdered strawberry and the rest are honey dip. I just want to sit down and eat at this point as I have a shift I have to get to in 10 minutes. I wasted about 15 minutes trying to fix my order. These are all the things this location got wrong. The cashier doesn’t give me my FIVE dollar change It takes over 10 monifes to get my order The timbits are randomly assorted and the cashier did not ask which flavours I wanted I ask for 5 strawberry and 5 honey dip instead I get 3 strawberry and the rest honey dip
This location is notorious for taking incredibly long on orders but now they mess it up as well? Who is training these employees?
As I’m writing this review, I’m hearing a man behind me complaining about the wrong change again. Someone needs to check up on...
Read moreEvery single time I go to this Tim Hortons they make my coffee wrong. To the point I even tried to change my order to account for it (always WAY less cream and sugar then asked for) My normal order is a triple triple however, for the last three visits because there’s never enough cream and sugar in my coffee, I’ve asked for a four sugar four cream - I literally see them type it into the computer because it comes up on the screen and then when I drive away and finally have my coffee, there’s like barely any cream in it or sugar. Today they literally gave me four sugar one cream, and it says that on the top of my lid even though I saw it say 4x4 on the ordering screen.
They also don’t even bother asking if you have a points card or if you’re paying a different way other than by tap, they just shove the machine out the window. The second you get up there I use scan and pay through the Tim Hortons app, and she like rolled her eyes when I told her that.
I’ve been asking them for extra cream and sugar, so I can just fix it myself when I leave but every time lately they don’t have the little creamers and I carry sugar packets in my car for the simple fact that they can never...
