Quiznos — Restaurant in Surrey

The food here was similar to other Quiznos. We had no issue with the food, it tasted great. However, I was shocked by the service. My family and I have been at many other Quiznos where they generally have a list of veggies that you may ask to be on your sub after it goes through the oven. They do not here. I have seen 1 other place that lacked signage regarding this (Abbotsford, near Costco). Today at 12pm, my wife had asked for all fresh veggies to be put on and no pickled products (we can't see what is available). She only received lettuce. Then when I was asked, "Do you want lettuce?" I replied, "Yes, also I would like all the veggies except olives." The worker then listed off all the veggies they had. I said, "Yes, that is good. I would like all of those please." What shocked my wife and I was the lady gave us the most disgusted face for asking such a thing (she was just short of sticking her tongue out). I'm not sure if she was mad that she had to do extra work or if she was the owner and was mad that a customer was asking for veggies, which would cut into her profit. I do not know. I'm starting to notice a trend that Quiznos without signs regarding veggie options have poor service. We visit this outlet area often so I can definitely say we will not be giving this Quiznos...

Terrible service!!! Terrible food!!! I will never go back. Took me almost an hour to get what I wanted, causing me to be late for an appointment. Came in for the veggie guacamole sandwich, no cheese. Asked for a list of the available veggies and when she couldn’t produce on I said “ok, all the veggies”... ended up with an onion sandwich with rotting lettuce and a few mushrooms, olives and hot peppers sparsely sprinkled. I was pretty choked I paid 10$ for an onion sandwich so I asked the girl if she could throw some more mushrooms on it or something. I waited over half an hour while she served other customers before getting back to me. When she finally got around to throwing in a few more mushrooms to my sad sandwich I asked if that was really “all the veggies” she had. She then informed me they had cucumbers and green peppers.... last time I checked those were both vegetables so I was a bit confused why she didn’t put them on in the first place. I will never ever go back to this restaurant. It’s already frustrating finding dairy-free vegetarian food (hence why I went to Quiznos for their awesome guacamole) but this was just pure disrespectful and incompetent behaviour causing my...

We went in on March 18th around 9:30pm and there was only one person working, it was not busy at all. I did not get her name but whoever was working there could use come training on customer service. I requested for a Veggie sub and asked if it comes with olives and then I clearly said I don't want olives. Before she put my sandwich in the toaster I confirmed on no olives and she said that she was not told, When that was one of the first things I mentioned. She requested if she could just pick them out and I didn't want her to get mad and spoil my food so I said its ok. The sandwich was supposed to come with guacamole but she barely added any. She did not give us any Jalapenos. Anyways I don't think I will recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if they train their employees on better customer...
