As much as I want to love this place, their quality is so incredibly inconsistent. If you are ordering plant-based pizzas, beware that you cannot order by using the name of the pizza used on their online menu! They will make your pizza with regular cheese, despite the pizza being listed as vegan/plant-based. This has happened with every other order we have made (6 orders total). Their website lists a "VEGANation" pizza under the plant-based section, but if you order this, they make this pizza with dairy!! Beware. One single slice of this at dinner had me out of work for the next 2 days from being so sick (the pizza appeared to have no cheese on it, hence why I ate it, along side the bombay chick'n one which I've had multiple times without issue). Their store is well organized and the taste is delicious with the helpful and kind staff they have trained. The lady who took my order was calm and understanding as I had a complex order. Overall, the place was clean and well-handled. I had tried their pizza for the first time last week and it was a flavoursome one. It was the rush hour but the lady still managed to make my pizza before the estimated time as I had mentioned I was in a hurry which is spectacular. I had a wonderful experience at Chicago Pizza and Twist! The pizza was absolutely delicious—finely baked, full of flavor, and just perfect. I especially enjoyed the Manchurian pizza, which has now become my favorite.
